Who Stole My Food?
OCD & Bipolar Diagnosed Children Autism Survey
Response Form
Autism Survey ~ 104
*Disclaimer:  This study is intended to provide a nutritionally adequate diet for good brain health through
dietary change.  This is not to be considered as medical advice.  I advise that you consult with your medical
professionals and perhaps have them review my book to be better informed before joining the study.
Diet recommendations for study
1. This is intended as an addition to the diet, not the total diet.  Feed two to
three egg yolks or regular large eggs per day (refer to my book to test for
allergies and if present provide the alternate foods.  Feel free to
call me if
you have questions. Eggs represent the most natural food in the world, the
most nutritious food, and the only food where more is better.

The only side effect that has been substantiated is that your health is
improved. There have been reports of those eating 8, 10, 25, and even 30
eggs per day and all reported no problems and were reported to be quite
healthy. I have eaten an average of three per day for many years and am
considered to be in good health.
2. Provide a simple vitamin mineral supplement daily

*Note: Mega doses not recommended.

I am now beginning a study among OCD & bipolar diagnosed children and
would like to invite you to participate in this study.  It will be a four month
study involving a few questions on the child’s diet and my providing you with
recommendations as to the simple foods that would provide a nutritionally
adequate diet for good brain health.   The foods recommended are available
in all grocery stores as I have no products to sell.  My recommendations
have shown some success in helping many in the earlier study.

For the participants in these studies I would like to provide a free copy of my
recent book if they will send an
email request.  My goal is to eliminate
autism which is caused by the sixty plus nutrients found to be deficient in
autistic children.

                        Thank you for you participation

If you would be willing to participate in this survey...please  e-mail Dr. Rongey with the
words "Survey 104" in the subject line
3. While on this study the child may eat less of the other foods in the diet
because of the greater nutrition provided by the eggs.  This should pose
no problem as they will be giving up the less nutritious foods that have
been in their diet.
